第二条：使用有审计的（几乎绝大多数机场都有，如果你不知道什么是审计，那么就意味着你大概率用的就是有内部审计的）机场 或者 境内开发的VPN（APP的开发者是华人且在墙内没有被封锁，无论是否免费，大概率都是故意放出来钓鱼的软件，例如各类的加速器无一例外全都是）翻墙的，为了你的真实肉身安全与自由，请注意你的言行，不要发表极端政治言论，发表了也请小心不要被注意到，因为中共的网安部门可以通过查询这两类翻墙人群的整个操作过程定位到你并且顺着网线去你家打你。

Article Two: When using CLOUDS WITH AUDITING MEASURES (almost all clouds have internal audits; if you are unfamiliar with what an audit is, it implies that the cloud you are likely using has internal audits) OR VPNs PRODUCED WITHIN CHINA (regardless of whether the APP is free or not, as long as the developers are Chinese) to access the internet by bypassing the Great Firewall (GFW), for the sake of ensuring your real-world safety and freedom, please be mindful of your words and actions. Avoid expressing extreme political opinions, and if you choose to do so, be cautious not to attract attention. This is because the Cybersecurity Department of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) can trace the entire operational process of individuals using the aforementioned methods to bypass the GFW, ultimately identifying your true offline location and taking action to apprehend you.

第三条：根据第二条，为了更好地保护你的隐私，请在外网冲浪时务必做到与国内个人身份最大程度的隔离。例如：不要用+86 的手机号或者境内的邮箱注册任何外网网站或者应用，请尽量使用临时的虚拟号码或者境外免实名的实卡号码，请尽量使用诸如proton邮箱和tuta邮箱等安全与隐私性较高的邮箱或者临时邮箱；不要分享国内APP的短链接到外网（点名哔哩哔哩，懂的都懂 [1]），反之亦然；不要把国内APP的授权信息绑定到外网，反之亦然；不要在国内外的平台使用相同的头像或者ID，在外网应尽量使用默认图像以及默认ID或者无意义的随机图像与随机ID；在外网冲浪时，尤其不要把国内的任何联系方式（微信、QQ、微博、手机号码、银行卡号码等）透露出去，更不要轻易用上述方式进行个人收款（不然你以为为什么p站作者总是一段时间就要被锤一次），请用各个网站或应用的私信或者telegram、twitter以及discord等APP进行交流，请用境外的银行卡或者平台进行收付款；不要把你线下周围环境的照片或者辨识度极高的财产泄露到外网，反之亦然；甚至，为了更高的隐私性，不要有作息规律地在某个APP或者网站上冲浪，这可能导致长期关注你的人推断出你的身份。

USE the private messaging function on various websites or APPs to communicate or use APPs such as telegram, twitter, and discord to do so, and opt for overseas bank cards or platforms for transactions. REFRAIN from leaking real-life environment photos or highly identifiable items to the internet, and vice versa. For heightened privacy, AVOID establishing predictable online routines on a particular app or website, as this may enable individuals observing you over time to deduce your identity.

第四条：请尽量使用全局 tun 模式上网，同时注意检查是否有 WebRTC 泄露和 DNS 泄露，这能帮你一定程度地缓解代理后仍然被识别出原始 ip 的问题。此外，推荐使用新的 DOT (DNS over TLS) 或者 DOH (DNS over HTTPS) 技术来获得更安全冲浪体验，首推 CLOUDFLARE 的公共 DNS，其次 GOOGLE 的，因为前者不记录 ip 信息。

Article Four: Please try to use global (tun) mode to surf the Internet, and pay attention to check whether there are WebRTC leaks and DNS leaks, which can help you alleviate the problem that the original ip is still recognized after the proxy to a certain extent. 第六条：如果你使用的是中国境内（不含港澳台地区）生产的安卓系统手机，为了更好地保护你的隐私，我建议在使用这类设备翻墙时，不要发表任何言论，默默地浏览你想看的内容就可以了（前提是你能做到前几条中提出的隐私保护措施）。这类专为中国宝宝设计的设备就是一台台全天候的监控机器，请不要怀有任何的侥幸心理，你每一步翻越GFW的操作都会以各种方式被记录。如果你使用的是国外生产的安卓设备或者是苹果手机，请注意你所下载的各个软件索取的权限，请最大程度地关闭所有不必要的权限（例如定位、语音、实时活动、后台运行、剪切板等），如果可以，尽量不使用如QQ、微信和反诈中心等这类能被中共网安部门轻易调取数据的国产监控APP（必须要用的，则能用网页版的就用网页版）。另外，苹果手机的相关用户，如果想追求数据更高地隐私和安全性，请不要使用数据存储在云上贵州的iCloud服务，并主动关闭其中通讯录、备忘录等重要APP的备份功能。而在PC端上，任何的国产软件都是极端强烈不建议安装的，同时，请务必去各个软件的官网或者GitHub上下载安装所需要的软件。

Article Six: If you are using an Android phone made in China (excluding Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan), in order to better protect your privacy, I suggest that when you use this kind of device to go over the GFW, don't make any remarks and just browse the content you want to see silently (provided that you can do the privacy protection measures proposed in the previous articles). This kind of devices designed for Chinese are 24/7 monitoring machines, please don't take any chances, every step you access the external Internet will be recorded in various ways. If you are using a foreign-made Android device or an Apple phone, please pay attention to the permissions requested by the APPs you downloaded, and turn off all unnecessary permissions to the maximum extent possible (e.g., location, voice, real-time activity, background running, clipboard, etc.), and if you can, try not to use domestic monitoring APPs (if you have to, use the web version as possible as you can) like QQ and WeChat, which are easily accessible by the Chinese Communist Party's (CCP) cybersecurity department.
