"Because you do not like your present form, I sentence you to live in it for a period of one year. After one year, you may go back to your natural form, and regain your powers, if you grant enough good deeds during your time as Melissa."

I nodded my head. I had no choice in the matter. I must accept their judgments.

"What deeds must I do?" I asked, resigned to my fate.

"There are many lonely men and boys in the world who would feel so much better if they were able to be with someone who looked like you. Seek them out. Give them happiness. Then move on."
